We want you to love your Toad&Co gear, but if it's not the right fit, we offer easy returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Our goal is to ensure you feel as good in our clothes as you do about supporting sustainable fashion.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate a prepaid shipping label directly from the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
